We started with our first Pharaoh Hound in 2000 he was
Australian Grand Champion Lahej Desert Drifter "Jordan"
Jordan gave us a wonderful introduction to this amazing breed not only at home where he was full of energy and could never sit still but also in the showring where he excelled loving the limelight and along the way won some "firsts" for the breed
In 2005 saw us import our 2nd Pharaoh he was Enigma On Stage "Isak" from the world renowned Enigma Kennels, Isak was to become the foundation male for our breeding program
We were lucky enough in 2007 to be able to lease Ch Lahej Suntori Star (iid) for a litter to "Isak" and so the first Rhodepark Pharaoh Hound litter was born in February 2008
We have formed a close realtionship with Mandy and Mel Hammett (Karnak kennels) who have had Pharaohs for over 30 years and we acknowledge that their wisdom has guided us to where we we are and where we are heading with our breeding program
We pride ourselves in producing sound Pharaohs in mind and body along with true type
From our first litter we have produced 4 Australian Champions , 1 Grand Champion , Multi BEST IN SHOW winner and several Best in Group winners
We believe in QUALITY not QUANTITY
Our second import also from Sweden arrived in 2009 is co-owned Karnak he is Antefa's Timurlenk (imp sweden) "Fifty" and fantastic pedigree and also a half brother to the world famous MULTI CH Northgates As You Like It
Our breeding program looks promising and we look forward to our future with this wonderful breed
